It doesn't matter what type of transportation you use to get to The Hideout Patio Bar & Grill – this is one biker bar where anyone fits in. Of course, motorcycle enthusiasts migrate here to admire all the hogs that are on display in the parking lot. But there’s something for everyone to enjoy, including live music, a great patio and so much people watching.

Atmosphere:  The first thing we noticed when approaching the bar is the rows of motorcycles parked out front, leaving no doubt that this is a biker bar. The majority of the bar is dominated by the patio which is lined with tables and chairs for outdoor seating as well as heat lamps for cooler nights. There is an indoor bar area decorated with beer signs, a few flat screen TV’s, high top tables, and a bar top facing out to the patio for people watching enthusiast. On the patio, there is large stage that rocks -out with live music on Wednesdays , Fridays and Saturdays, as well as a smaller stage inside the bar- when bad weather hits. The crowd is very mixed in age, but most wear Harley gear and leather of some fashion. The distant smell of burning rubber, from burn-outs in the parking lot and second hand smoke takes some getting used to but we didn't expect anything less.
Service:  We sat in the bar area facing out towards the patio and service was good. The place was packed and only one server was seen inside and another outside hustling.
Drinks: The Hideout likes to keep it simple by serving their beer in bottles. They do have a large selection of domestics, micros, and imported bottles, but no tap beer. The selection of liquors is a little slim but they do offer a full bar.
Food:  The menu is pretty basic with appetizers, soup & salad and entrees. There is a breakfast menu on Saturdays and Sundays as well as daily food specials. The entrĂ©e section features mostly burgers, sandwiches, steak and various types of hot dogs. We tried the Soft tail burger with fries and we were not overly impressed. It was bar food for sure, but not the best bar food .
Amenities:  Covered patio, 2 stages, pool table, ATM machine, HD TV’s, The Hideout merchandise for sale, heat lamps.
Parking:  There is plenty of parking in the parking lot as well as motorcycle parking.
The Buzz:  Live music Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights from 7-11 pm, happy hour Tuesday through Friday from 4:30-6:30 pm, breakfast offered on Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, guys night on Wednesday’s with $10 buckets of PBR from 6 pm to close,Trivia on Thursdays from 6 pm to 8pm .

  1. Although I saw your comment a bit late, I would like to comment that the Hideout had music on Tuesday nights as well as Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays and some Sundays. Tuesday night was their Country night. They have discontinued it for this season, but will perhaps continue it in 2015. The owners are to be praised for their keeping consistency in their quality bands and music. The place is sparkly clean, great food and service. It is a fun place and a fun venue.
